This all-levels class is the perfect balance of fluid and restful poses. Learn foundational Hatha postures with creative sequencing focused on presence enveloped in a breath. A moving meditation that cultivates flexibility, strength, and a deep embrace towards quietude.
Meet us for class in the Chesnut Ballroom downstairs and your instructor will guide you to the class. Or, enjoy yoga outdoors on the 3rd floor deck during the summer months!
