This full-body workout is designed to challenge the mobility, strength, and endurance of every fitness level. A variety of bodyweight movements will be introduced and linked together to create a longer flow series by the end of the session. You can expect components of a ‘HIIT’ workout while also learning new skills to incorporate into your own day to day training.
Please meet in the Lobby and your instructor will guide you to the workout class.

We ask that all participants bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water with them.
